Our Full Interior Design package includes;

Phase 1| Onboarding and Design Direction

  • Initial discovery call to review your property, goals, design direction and start envisioning the story

  • Client sends floor-plans with dimensions, images and inspiration

  • Space-planning with furniture layout and design presentation for each room delivered

  • One round of revisions

Phase 2 | Refine Design and Item List

  • Present design boards for each room + sourcing sheet (includes layout, elevations and specific items)

  • Item list includes furniture, accessories, paint/ wallpaper selection, lighting fixtures, art work

  • 2nd round of revisions

Phase 3 | Design and Item List Finalized

  • Sourcing sheet is complete

  • Client orders items and notifies when complete

Phase 4 | Order and Installation

  • Installation guide is sent once items have been ordered

  • Support available during installation process to make sure your property is photo ready and to wow!

+1/sf for finish selection (flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures)

Design Refresh Package

Perfect for properties that need a thoughtful update, fresh styling, or a more cohesive look. Each package includes one design call followed by a curated design presentation with shoppable links.

Includes:

  • 1 design consultation call

  • Curated design presentation with furniture, décor & styling recommendations

  • Shoppable product links

  • Additional revisions or calls available at $125/hour

  • 1 bedroom — $600

  • 2 bedrooms — $900

  • 3 bedrooms — $1,200

Custom Design Hourly

Custom Design Hours are for homeowners who want more hands-on design support and customization than our refresh packages provide, without committing to a complete design project.
