Our Full Vacation Rental Design service package includes;

Phase 1| Onboarding and Design Direction

  • Initial discovery call to review your property, goals, design direction and start envisioning the story it will use to sell itself

  • Contract signed, 50% due

  • Client sends floor-plans with dimensions, images and inspiration

  • Space-planning with furniture layout and design presentation with mood-boards for each room delivered by me

  • One round of revisions

Phase 2 | Refine Design and Item List

  • Present design boards for each room + sourcing sheet (includes layout, elevations and specific items)

  • 2nd round of revisions

Phase 3 | Design and Item List Finalized

  • Sourcing sheet is complete + bonus of stocking list

  • You order items and notify me when complete

Phase 4 | Order and Installation

  • Installation guide is sent once items have been ordered

  • Support available during installation process to make sure your property is photo ready and to wow guests!
